Meet Nigel.

Nigel Walsh, Director of Coal Coast Inspections, has during the course of his career in the building industry worked as a fully licensed Carpenter and Builder, Regional Manager of the former Building Service Corporation and at the Department of Fair Trading and Real Estate Sales. He has extensive experience in building licensing, compliance and building dispute tribunals. 

Nigel has also worked part time at TAFE NSW teaching building-related subjects. He has authored a building text book/manual for use by TAFE students studying building and construction.
